Mary Ellen came to Chelmsford Animal Hospital in October 2009 with over twenty years of veterinary experience. She always knew she wanted to combine her passion for animals with a career. After graduating with a health science degree, she quickly realized the human field was not for her, and went back to school to earn her veterinary technician certification. Her special interests include theriogenology and ultrasound. When not working she can be found early mornings rooting on her sons crew team, or in the purebred dog world with her Labradors. She makes her home with her husband Larry, son Matthew, two cats Xavier and Vixen, a horse Abishai, a guinea pig Share, and a house full of amazing Labrador Retrievers. Mary Ellen is thrilled to be welcomed to work with so many wonderful people and hopes to blend her talents with theirs.
