Dr. Jennifer Cushing grew up in Reading, Ma. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Before applying to veterinary school Jennifer worked in the biotechnology field of DNA sequencing. Jennifer helped to decipher the genetic code of the dog, cat and puffer fish. Jennifer graduated from North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine and returned to Massachusetts to practice medicine. When Jennifer is away from Chelmsford Animal Hospital she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Kristian and her dogs Pixie and Camellia.
